I just wanted to let you know I have used Vision 2000 several times the last week or two. I have been so thoroughly impressed with your counselors and your response times.
In addition, our counselor has been wonderful providing us with information regarding hotels, car rental, travel policy, etc. One amazing booking was for one of my bosses. She's going to Japan mid January. The counselor may be able to get her a business class ticket over $2000 less that we have paid twice a month this past six months. Amazing!

I know Air Canada is very tricky to deal with sometimes as they keep changing things. Not sure if you are aware but they seem to have a marketing drive right now and offering passengers special deals in brand new classes being A and E class... and some of these specials are not to the overall financial benefit to our company.
This happened in the case of a volunteer who books with his local agency and normally travels in Tango plus and was offered a good deal in Latitude but it cost our company $200 more and of course, we didn't know about it until he submitted his expense report. After March 1st, I think the volunteers who book with a local agency may be rethinking because some had big problems getting home, whereas, the volunteers booked through Vision 2000 were all properly taken care of.
