Following are a list of common questions concerning Vision 2000 - Corporate Travel:

  1. Describe your travel consultants' experience?
    Our travel consultants have, on average, a solid 8 years of continuous experience in the field of "business travel management"; and they can fluently serve you in both French and English.


  2. Do you keep track of a traveler's needs and preferences?
    Yes. To increase speed and accuracy, your personal preferences are stored with your profile in our computerized reservation system. This would include your preferred supplier arrangements. Any changes communicated to us are immediately recorded.


  3. Do you provide any emergency services?
    Anywhere in North America, a direct-dial toll-free number is available to you during office hours (8:30am to 5:30pm, Mon-Fri, EST). Of course you can also access your consultant's direct line and communicate with us by fax or by e-mail. Outside North America, Vision 2000 provides a toll-free 24hr emergency service anywhere in the world via 1-800 or collect call. Should you be anywhere else, you will be able to call collect. All these telephone numbers are printed on your travel itineraries, ticket jackets and emergency assistance cards.


  4. Describe your phone response performance standard?
    You will get responses to e-mails or calls within one hour. However reservations are often processed as you speak with your travel counselor. Our motto is "one call does it all".


  5. Do you assist your clients in negotiating preferred rates?
    Certainly. Our Account Management department handles supplier negotiations on behalf of all our corporate clients and proactively searches the market for savings opportunities.


  6. How do you measure customer satisfaction?
    Customer satisfaction is closely monitored on a day-to-day basis by our dedicated travel counselors. Frequent consultations, customer surveys and travel seminars arranged through our Account Management department ensure a continued high level of customer satisfaction.


  7. Does Vision 2000 provide management reporting?
    Yes, Vision 2000 has all the required technology and flexibility to rapidly provide you with reports sorted by location, department, cost center, individual traveler or any other subset you may require. Many of our clients have specific reporting needs. We can easily design customized reports to meet those needs.


  8. Do you have a preferred hotel program?
    Our "preferred rate program" is exclusive to RADIUS® and Vision 2000. It lists selected properties, ranging from budget to deluxe, that offer our clients rates that are 10-20% lower than regular corporate rates. Preferred hotels are in good locations and of high standard. Our "preferred rate directory" contains over 9000 properties worldwide.


  9. Does Vision 2000 offer passport and visa services?
    Vision 2000 works with a full visa and passport service company that helps with all documents and formalities besides providing courier service to and from embassies.


  10. What other travel services does Vision 2000 provide?
    We are a full service travel management company, besides business travel management, we are experts at group and incentive travel, meeting and event planning services, as well as vacation and leisure travel.
