toll-free, 24 hour Emergency Service program. This toll-free 1-800, 24 hour service is operated on behalf of The Vision 2000 Travel Group and is available from anywhere in the world.
The highly trained staff can retrieve traveler reservations and profiles to:
- Assist with new airline, car and hotel reservations
- Cancel currently held reservations
- Change existing travel reservations
- Arrange for new ticketing as necessary and
- Assist with any travel related requirements
Once the call is complete, the agent documents the file and queues it to our office for review and follow up.
